The dMAX Accounts Payable Platform for Intacct allows restaurant personnel or corporate users to drag and drop invoices from email, scan invoices using multi-function copiers and desktop scanners, or pull invoice data from EDI providers. Powerful document recognition technology can match scanned invoices to existing Intacct vendors and extract all relevant metadata without the need for manual data entry. Intacct GL distributions can be done manually or automatically using vendor specific rules, and transactions can be distributed between multiple Intacct accounting instances or restaurant locations. Mobile approval workflows allow users in the field to respond quickly from their cell phones or tablets, radically speeding up the approval process and removing cumbersome email and phone based processes. Invoice transaction data flows seamlessly into the correct Intacct instance, along with any relevant PDF’s or supporting documentation for audit or recall purposes. Invoice images may also be transferred to another document management system or into Office 365 for permanent record-keeping.
