Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 101st restaurant on Monday, June 2nd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 1000 Meridian Blvd. in the Meridian Business District in Cool Springs, TN.
On June 1st, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.Second Harvest Food Bank’s mission is to feed hungry people and work to solve hunger issues in our community. “Second Harvest Food Bank is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I.
