Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 88th restaurant on Monday, November 25th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 1919 E Murray-Holladay Rd., just East of Highland Dr on Murray-Holladay Rd. in Holladay, UT.
On November 24th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Shriners Hospital for Children. Shriners Hospital for Children’s mission is to provide the highest quality care to children with special health care needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment. “Shriners Hospital for Children is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more children in our community,” said Meredith McLaughlin, President, Shriners Hospital for Children.
