Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 87th restaurant on Monday, November 18th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 304 Olson Dr. Suite 118, on the Southeast Corner of HWY 370 & 84th Street, in Papillion, NE.
On November 17th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Food Bank for the Heartland. Food Bank for the Heartland’s programs provide emergency and supplemental food to the people in need in Nebraska and western Iowa. “Food Bank for the Heartland is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I.
