Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 90th restaurant on Monday, December 9th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2701 D. Parker Rd Ste 300, NW Corner of I-35 and 45 Toll way in the La Frontera Shopping Center, in Round Rock, TX.
On December 8th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to American Widow Project. The American Widow Project’s mission is to provide military widows with vital support through peer-based programs designed to educate, empower, inspire and assist in rebuilding their lives in the face of tragedy. “American Widow Project is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to help more women after the tragic lose of a loved one,” said Taryn Davis, Founder and Executive Director, American Widow Project.
