Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 110th restaurant on Monday, December 8th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located off of Highway 54 in Chapel Hill at 1101 Environ Way.
On December 7th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Caring Community Foundation. The Caring Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides financial support to cancer patients in the Triangle area of North Carolina by providing assistance with rent, utilities, treatment or other expenses that become difficult to manage during cancer treatment. “Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more neighbors in need in our community,” said Donna Anderson, Executive Director at The Caring Community Foundation.
