The Grilled Chicken Salad with Walnuts and Dried Cranberries starts with a hand-filleted, marinated chicken breast that is char-grilled and chopped. It tops fresh garden greens, juicy diced tomatoes, feta cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts, all tossed in a tangy-sweet raspberry vinaigrette.
