Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its second The Egg I Am Restaurant on Monday, March 4th, at 6:00 a.m. at 3321 E. Queen Creek Road on the southeast corner of Higley and Queen Creek in Gilbert, Arizona.
On March 3rd, The Egg I Am Restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. The mission of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona is to provide Arizona youth facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better. “We are excited to partner with The Egg I Am Restaurant in Gilbert and are grateful for their support,” says Leslie Zschokke, Director of Development for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.
