“We are ringing in the new season with seasonal delights that combine the rich flavors of fall,” said CEO Mark Kirke “The new menu additions combined with our signature comfort food gives our guests an array of dining options this fall that can only be enjoyed at TooJay’s.”

The featured flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy cravings for the season’s best flavors include:

Turkey Cranberry Griller: This succulent sandwich features everything that Thanksgiving dinner lovers crave – grilled whole wheat bread topped with Swiss cheese, sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, fresh herbs, arugula, savory cornbread stuffing and a touch of turkey gravy that is served with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. To add a unique twist on a classic, guests can upgrade to a Knishwich.

Pumpkin Cheesecake: This delightful variation of TooJay’s rich and creamy cheesecake is highlighted by a fresh pumpkin flavor with a hint of fall spices and a graham cracker crust and available by the slice or as a whole cake.

Pumpkin Spice Cake: Another seasonal favorite is TooJay’s Pumpkin Spice Cake, a delicious layer cake topped with maple vanilla bean butter cream and garnished with Heath Bar toffee bits. It’s available by the slice or as a whole cake.

Pumpkin Spiced French Toast: TooJay’s stuffed Pumpkin Spiced French toast features pumpkin and cream cheese mixed with brown sugar and pumpkin spice seasonings, sandwiched between two thick slices of Challah French Toast, and topped with powdered sugar and a caramel sauce drizzle.

Pumpkin Rugelach: Heavenly bites of buttery dough with pumpkin filling, walnuts and spices makes this a fan favorite that’s available by the pound, half pound or three pieces.
