Twin Peaks Restaurant, the ultimate sports lodge, continues to ramp up its growth leading into Q4 by opening new locations and signing new ADAs. They’ve accomplished this by continuing to deliver impeccable service, made-from-scratch menu items, and ice-cold 29-degree beer. The beloved brand isn’t stopping anytime soon, as they expect to hit 111 locations by the end of Q4. CEO Joe Hummel described the passion fueling the expansion.
“We saw the opening of five new locations across the United States and Mexico while securing another development agreement this quarter,” Hummel said. “We have separated ourselves with our gourmet kitchen, emphasis on service and bringing the Twin Peaks brand worldwide.”
Twin Peaks opened five new restaurants in Q3, bringing its total number of locations to 105. The brand plans to open six more locations in Q4 of 2023, totaling 111 locations, with its most recent opening in Sarasota, FL, earlier this month. The remainder of the year will include several new and existing markets in Doral, FL, Schererville, IN and Louisville-Oxmoor, KY. The brand will also continue to expand into Mexico, with two locations opening in Portal San Angel and Guadalajara/Midtown. This international growth has Twin Peaks on track to 200 lodges by 2027, making it the premier sports lodge in the country.
Twin Peaks also partnered with Summit Twins to explode in Louisiana, signing a new area development agreement. The Summit Twins first Twin Peaks location is estimated to be open by the end of 2024, with four more locations to follow.
The ultimate sports lodge has plans for five more locations by the end of 2023 and an additional 20+ locations throughout 2024.
There was plenty to be impressed by this quarter as Twin Peaks won the Flavor and the Menu “Best of Flavor Award 2023” for its popular Spicy Meatball Skillet. The award recognizes the best new food items launched in the past year, and the renowned creativity of Twin Peaks Chef Alex Sadowsky earned them a spot on the list. The restaurant was recognized again in the Franchise Times Top 400 List, ranking the top 400 franchise systems in the United States, making it one of the most prestigious lists in the restaurant sector. Twin Peaks went from #192 to #158, moving up a significant 34 spots.
“These new openings both in America and across the border show how our brand is fueled by our commitment to service and our made-from-scratch kitchen, which earned us significant awards this quarter with more to come,” Hummel.
