A good farmer merits a good butcher, and a good butcher merits a good cook. True food that both nourishes and delights must be locally sourced from growers committed to the conservation of heritage breeds of livestock, the highest standards of animal husbandry and sustainable, humane farming. Urban Butcher practices whole animal butchery and usage and shares only what’s crafted by its own hands.
As always, Urban Butcher ensures full traceability of all choices. Hormones, antibiotics, or unethical farming practices are never allowed in the making of its menu.
