Craft kitchen and bar levels up with new social hour lineup of cocktails
Brace yourselves, because Social Hour at Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar just got a wild transformation. The brand known for crafting garden-to-glass cocktails and damn fine food is pushing boundaries with a new Social Hour that’s set to transform weekday evenings.
Starting September 26, from 3 to 6 p.m. every Monday through Friday, Whiskey Cake’s $7 Social Hour will offer a legendary lineup headlined by an exciting blend of culinary and beverage including a Bone Marrow Booze Luge – roasted bone marrow with smoked date syrup and gremolata followed by a shot of Bulleit Rye Whiskey, channeled through the hollow bone resulting in an exciting meld of rich flavors and textures for an unforgettable flavor experience.
Unlike other Happy Hours in town, Whiskey Cake is giving guests what they want! The new Social hour features hand crafted classic cocktails and an array of classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned, Margarita, Daiquiri, and a CYOM (create your own martini) made with vodka or gin, clean or dirty, wet or dry, shaken or stirred, with a twist of lemon or olives. House wines are also $7 and beers are $5. Whiskey Cake’s Social Hour features a menu of bar bites that redefine “ordinary” including Wagyu Corn Dogs, BBQ Spiced Pork Rinds, and Blue Cheese Kettle Chips.
“Whiskey Cake is going to be the place to be every weekday night starting at 3 p.m.,” said Alan Dean, Mixologist for Whiskey Cake. “We are confident our new social hour will offer more than just incredible cocktails, it’s an invitation to savor the moment, explore new flavors, and connect with fellow adventurers. At Whiskey Cake we love to have fun and create adventure through food and drink, and our new Social Hour is your ticket to that adventure, on any budget.”
Remaining true to its mission of fostering connected communities and celebrating local artisans, Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar sources its flavors, seasonal ingredients, and inspiration directly from artisans and farmers. By skillfully combining these elements, their chefs transform simple ingredients into classic American dishes using traditional cooking methods on their live wood grill, smoker, and spit. Complementing the farm-to-fork cuisine, Whiskey Cake’s experienced barkeeps handcraft whiskey cocktails, and bold elixirs using premium liquors and fresh ingredients harvested from their on-site garden.
