Yogurtland, the self-serve frozen yogurt pioneer with more than 260 locations worldwide, has signed a multi-unit franchise development agreement with Dubai, Emirates-based Retail is Detail LLC. The company, which is a franchisee and operator of multiple retail and foodservice concepts throughout the Middle East and Asia, will debut the first store in the Dubai Mall near the Dubai Aquarium this week. Additional locations are expected to open over the next 3-5 years in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

As one of the nation’s first and largest self-serve frozen yogurt brands, Yogurtland has grown more than 160 percent over the past three years. The company opened an impressive 76 stores in 2013 and plans to have more than 370 locations by the end of 2014.
