Zagat Reveals Inaugural New York “30 Under 30” List Showing the Next Generation of Industry Leaders

Zagat Survey announced its first New York 30 Under 30 list today. Compiled by Zagat’s editorial team, the list spotlights the up-and-coming chefs, mixologists, restaurateurs and other industry trailblazers under the age of 30 who are helping to define the next wave of culinary greatness in New York City.

“New York is rich with renowned chefs and restaurateurs who have shaped the industry as we know it today. We’re proud to identify the next generation of professionals whom we believe will lead the future of our industry,” said Tim Zagat, CEO, Zagat Survey. “To run a successful establishment, you need more than a good chef.
