Zov has released a new seasonal menu that will be available at 3 of her OC restaurants in Tustin, Newport Beach and Irvine and will feature her favorite winter recipes each paired with wine recommendations. Items include a Pan Seared Pork Loin for $19.95 paired with either a Hitching Post Syrah or Ridge Zinfindel; 10 oz. Pepper Crusted New York Steak topped with tempura mushrooms for $28.95 paired with a Justin Cabernet Sauvignon or a Levendi “Symphonia” Cabernet Sauvignon; Seared Ahi Tuna served with a delicate mixture of fresh vegetables in a tangy tomato vinaigrette for $17.95 paired with either a Gainey Chardonnay or a Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin; and Pappardelle Bolognese, large homemade flat noodles in a rich meat sauce for $16.95 paired with either a La Merika Pinot Noir or a Qupe’ Syrah.
“During the winter months, I love introducing hearty and satisfying dishes like those on my new menu. I think the wine pairing options balance the meals perfectly,” said Zov.
