Enjoy The Big Dill at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar This August
Regional favorite Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is catering to pickle fans with its latest Big Bad Monthly Drop, debuting The Big Dill. Available throughout August, Monthly Drop #006 blends briny, crunchy, creamy, and savory textures into a unique creation built for adventurous burger lovers.
Served on a toasted brioche bun, the item features a 7 oz. beef patty topped with Monterey Jack cheese alongside three custom scratch-made ingredients: homemade pickle pico, crispy pickle frites, and house-blended dill ranch. Pinned with a traditional gherkin spear, the sandwich delivers tang and crunch in every bite. Diners can order the meal for $16 paired with a classic side.
“We didn’t want to just put pickles on a burger – we built them into every layer,” said John Masterson, culinary director for Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. “The housemade pickle pico brings brightness, the pickle frites add crunch and the dill ranch ties everything together. It’s fun and a pickle lover’s dream, but it’s still a seriously good burger.”

Guests can round out their meal with a $6 tall glass of Blue Moon Belgian White. The crisp, citrusy wheat beer provides a balanced contrast to the rich, savory notes of the burger.

Established in 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and currently based in Golden, Colorado, the company operates more than 35 locations across seven states.
