Bad Daddy’s Monthly Drop 007 Packs Sweet Heat with Jalapeño Poppers and Raspberry Bacon Jam
Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is turning up the temperature for its Monthly Drop #007. Available from September 1 through September 30, the newest creation in the Big Bad Monthly Drop series, named Jalapeño Business, comes priced at $17 alongside a classic side dish. It brings together a bold combination of sweet heat, savory crunch, and plenty of flavor for diners looking for meals with a bit of attitude.
Inside the Newest Creation at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar
Served on a toasted brioche bun, the centerpiece of the Jalapeño Business features a seven-ounce beef patty topped with melted cheddar cheese. The restaurant layers on sliced fresh jalapeños, a housemade fried jalapeño popper, and scratch-made raspberry bacon jam. To push the heat even further, a whole flash-fried fresh jalapeño sits right on top of the stack.
“Jalapeño Business has everything we love about a Bad Daddy’s burger – it’s familiar enough to make sense, but there’s something unexpected in every layer,” said John Masterson, culinary director for Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. “The housemade raspberry bacon jam adds that sweet and savory balance, while the fresh jalapeños and fried popper bring plenty of heat. Then we finish it with a whole flash-fried jalapeño because, honestly, why not?”

To help balance out the spicy profile, guests can pair their burger with a $6 tall Modelo Especial. The crisp, clean notes of the Mexican-style lager offer a cool contrast to the dish’s spicy and sweet ingredients.
