Scratch Kitchen Drops Layered Pastrami Smash Burger Alongside Crisp Cider Deals for October
Autumn is here, and a favorite scratch-made burger spot is taking inspiration straight from the deli counter. Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar has revealed Drop #008 in its popular Big Bad Monthly Drop series: The Deli Stackhouse. Available Oct. 1-31, this limited-time build mixes the tangy, savory punch of an old-school deli sandwich with the high-stacked burgers guests expect.
Served up on a pressed brioche bun, the creation layers deli mustard underneath a seared smash patty and melted Swiss cheese. From there, it gets loaded with warm pastrami, another layer of melted Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and rich Russian dressing.
“The Deli Stackhouse is a fun way to bring some classic deli flavors into the Bad Daddy’s lineup,” said John Masterson, culinary director for Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. “The pastrami and Swiss give you that familiar foundation, while the sauerkraut, Russian dressing and deli mustard bring the punch that makes the whole thing work. It’s a hearty burger with plenty going on.”
