Known for bringing authentic New York-style bagels, premium coffee, and a proprietary 14-step water filtration system to guests, the brand’s latest venue marks an exciting shift toward non-traditional venues.
Situated inside the Terry Building’s updated dining hall, the spot fits seamlessly into everyday student and faculty schedules. Whether people need a quick breakfast before class, an afternoon caffeine pick-me-up, or lunch on the go, the setup is built for convenience. It operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring dine-in service, takeout, delivery, and catering options.

While signature breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffee drinks stay front and center, this campus outpost brings a wide spread of choices to meet varied daily routines:

The university spot operates through a collaboration with Chartwells Higher Education, a division of Compass Group that specializes in campus dining management.
As the brand’s initial non-traditional venue in Florida, this debut paves the way for future openings across airports, military bases, medical centers, stadiums, and other higher-education settings.
