Healthy Eats and Outdoor Fitness Arrive in Hennepin County
Minnesota’s own wellness-focused restaurant chain is growing its footprint at home once again. CRISP & GREEN has opened its newest spot in Rogers, marking the brand’s 22nd location across its largest state market. The addition shows a rising local desire for quick, nourishing meal options in the area.

Franchise partner eatSmart Minnesota LLC, which joined the system in 2023, owns and operates the new site. The group currently runs five other locations in Minnesota along with one in Wisconsin.

Grand Opening Festivities and Fitness Events
To mark the launch, the Rogers spot is hosting a Grand Opening Free Food event on August 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Guests can score a complimentary Signature Salad, Grain Bowl, or Wrap by downloading the brand’s app and showing their loyalty account at check-out.
The celebration continues August 8 with a free Wellness Series event starting at 9 a.m. Attendees can join an outdoor mat sculpt class led by Haley Wald right outside the restaurant. Class spots can be saved via Eventbrite. After the workout, attendees can enjoy food samples and check out partner activations, including a Peloton giveaway.
