Prime Black Angus steaks from Halperns’ Black Diamond Collection mean the richest marbling and finest texture, a minimum 30-day aging period, hand butchering by master butchers, personal quality stamping, and a phenomenal eating experience with reliable consistency. These steaks are the top 10% selections of Prime beef, which is already the top 2% of all beef.
The cuts Gram & Dun will offer include the Bone-In Cowgirl Ribeye, the Bone-In Dry-Aged Strip, and the Bone-In Filet, all 16oz. Each steak is seared to perfection.
