Southern Nevada’s dining scene is getting a classic addition this week. Irv’s Burgers is continuing its steady expansion across the region with a new restaurant inside the Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino & Spa in Henderson, set to open on July 9. The upcoming opening marks the brand’s third location in the Las Vegas area, bringing a premier burger institution straight to one of the region’s leading resort destinations.
To celebrate the grand opening, the team is rewarding early guests with some impressive giveaways and exclusive offers. The first 100 people in line will grab a free Roadside Burger. The business originally started back in 1946 along historic Route 66 in West Hollywood as Queen’s Burgers, drawing in travelers with a simple sign reading, “No Lobster, Just Burgers.” Over the decades, it grew into an absolute fixture of Los Angeles culture, eventually earning an official designation as a cultural resource by the City of West Hollywood.
The addition seamlessly joins the ongoing $200 million property-wide renovation at Green Valley Ranch, which includes upgraded rooms, fresh gaming spaces, and an evolving food court lineup.
