Jason’s Deli Invites Fans to Design Its Next Creation
August is National Sandwich Month, and Jason’s Deli is giving customers a chance to leave their mark on the menu. Starting Aug. 4, the popular brand is kicking off The Great Sandwich Search, a nation-wide contest asking fans to submit their best custom builds. The winning creation will earn a spot on the online menu as a limited-time offering this November, and its creator will score free sandwiches for a full year.
The prize package includes one complimentary sandwich every week for 52 weeks. Anyone interested in entering can submit their recipe online through Aug. 15. A panel will review the submissions, and finalists will move on to a public vote running from Aug. 21 to Aug. 27 on the company’s social media pages. The grand prize winner gets revealed on Aug. 31.
“Sandwiches have always been at the heart of Jason’s Deli, and our guests are the real experts on what makes one great,” said Kim Collura, vice president of marketing. “Some of our best inspiration comes from the guests who visit us every day, and The Great Sandwich Search invites our fans to show off their creativity and be part of shaping our menu. We can’t wait to see what they come up with.”
