JINYA Ramen Bar Rolls Out New Autumn Chef’s Specials
As autumn approaches, JINYA Ramen Bar is heating things up with a couple of brand-new Chef’s Specials. Starting September 1 and running through November 30, participating locations will feature two limited-time plates designed to showcase rich ingredients and authentic Japanese traditions.
Limited-Time Chef’s Specials at JINYA Ramen Bar
Diners visiting participating locations this fall can try out two unique menu offerings:
- Aka Oni – Spicy Garlic Ramen: Translating to “Red Demon” in Japanese, this dish packs serious heat. It features a savory clear chicken broth topped with pork and chicken chashu, whole fried garlic cloves, fresh cabbage, bean sprouts, and green onion, all brought together with chili oil, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
- Tonkatsu with Steamed Rice: A classic Japanese combination featuring a golden-fried pork cutlet drizzled with signature tonkatsu sauce, served next to warm steamed rice.
These seasonal creations build on the restaurant’s approach to craft Japanese dining. Famous for slow-cooked broths and carefully made noodles, the brand keeps finding fresh ways for guests to enjoy traditional comfort food.
