“Football has always been my greatest passion, on and off the field, but I never could have imagined my knowledge of the sport would amount to this incredible prize,” said Phillips, avid Hooters fan and former high school football star. “The saying ‘Hooters makes you happy’ has never been more true than it is today, and I can’t wait to see what the legendary Coach Gruden has in store when I meet him in Florida!”

The $300,000 Hooters Fantasy Football Challenge, powered by DraftKings, unlocks free access for Hooters guests to put their fantasy football knowledge and skills to the test versus Coach Jon Gruden each week. Fantasy football fans are invited to grab an entry code at Hooters locations across the country to join the $300,000 Hooters Fantasy Football Challenge. Using the code, fans can set a DraftKings lineup for free in a matter of minutes to play for $50,000 in cash and prizes from Hooters every week, awarded September 13 through October 18.

“Jalen may have been a star on his high school football field, but you really have to be on your A-game to beat me in the Hooters Fantasy Football Challenge. Jalen proved to be a worthy adversary in this second week. I look forward to seeing how he brings his game in person when we get together in Florida, maybe over some Hooters world-famous chicken wings,” said Gruden. “I can’t wait to see the challengers I’m up against this week. If you have what it takes, you could walk away with big-time cash earnings and the chance to talk football with yours truly…”

The promotion breaks new ground in providing football fans with even more reasons to make Hooters their go-to destination for watching all the games this season with the best wings in America and world-famous Hooters Girls.
