With 24,000 coffee shops across the country, you can find a latte just about anywhere. But if you want something better, a Gelatte, there is only one place you’ll find it: Paciugo Gelato Caffè.
Paciugo, the Dallas-based specialty brand best known for its authentic Italian gelato, is giving latte lovers a more flavorful choice, as it offers a distinctly unique improvement to the traditional favorite with a secret only it can create.
The secret to the Gelatte is in the gelato, which is handcrafted using wholesome ingredients of the highest quality from around the world. The one of a kind Gelatte is a traditional hot latte, steamed with their delicious gelato. Today, Paciugo introduced two new Gelatte creations, just in time for fall, Apple Caramel and Spiced Pumpkin, which will warm up its menu through November 27.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our Apple Caramel and Spiced Pumpkin Gelattes, which are handcrafted with seasonal flavors,” said Paciugo Director of Marketing John Kelly. “We’ve taken a traditional fall favorite and added a twist that only Paciugo could. The result is Gelattes that not only taste great, but that you’ll only find at Paciugo.”
With nearly 400 recipes in its portfolio, 44 Paciugo Gelato Caffè locations in 16 states each serve an assortment of 32- 40 flavors, made fresh daily at all gelato caffès. This means their Gelatte can be served as any number of flavors.
“There is only one way to bring the world’s best flavors to our customers,” said Diego Comparin, Paciugo Vice President of Research and Development, “and that is to scour the globe in search of the finest ingredients so we can create the best possible flavors and flavor combinations. We create every recipe in our artisan kitchen in Dallas, hold them all to our exceptionally high product standards and always, always add a touch of what we refer to in Italy as ‘Amore.’ We hope you love our new Gelattes!”
Paciugo gelato is made with whole milk versus cream, resulting in a flavorful frozen treasure with up to 70% less fat and fewer calories than ice cream. In addition to milk-based gelato, Paciugo offers water-based, fat-free sorbets, soy-based gelato and No Sugar Added versions of gelato. Paciugo gelato and sorbets are smoother in texture than ice cream and are prepared in small batches for optimum taste.
Paciugo Gelato Caffè was founded in 2000 when Ugo, Cristiana and Vincent Ginatta, inspired by their passion of bringing Italian gelato to America, moved to Dallas, Texas and opened their first gelateria. Since then, the company has grown to 44 locations in 16 states. Paciugo Gelato Caffè offers more than 30 flavors of gelato that are handcrafted every morning at each neighborhood location. Paciugo menu also includes all-natural 100 percent Arabica coffee and espresso-based drinks, as well as gelato-based specialty desserts.
