Panda Express Brings Back Thai Cashew Chicken Breast

Panda Express, the world leader in Asian dining experiences, announces the return of Thai Cashew Chicken Breast for a limited time only. Inspired by exotic Thai flavors and made with all-white meat chicken breast, this 220-calorie Wok Smart dish will be available starting Sept 26 with an opportunity for Facebook fans to enjoy a free single serving of the dish on Oct 3.

Panda Express’ Thai Cashew Chicken Breast combines all-white meat chicken, crisp red bell peppers, succulent onions, fresh-chopped cilantro and green onions, all tossed in a sizzling-hot wok with a signature savory sauce. This guest favorite is then finished with roasted cashews for an irresistible crunch and is a healthy option on the Wok Smart menu at only 220 calories per serving.

“This dish takes our guests on a dining adventure with the distinctive flavors of Thailand,” said Andy Kao, Executive Chef at Panda Express. “Thai Cashew Chicken is one of our most popular limited time items because it tastes great and is also a healthy option.”

Guests can enjoy a free single serving of Thai Cashew Chicken Breast by downloading a coupon from the Panda Express Website or the company’s Facebook page. The coupon will be available Sept 26 and is redeemable only on Oct 3. Thai Cashew Chicken Breast will be available through Nov 27, 2012 in all Panda Express restaurants nationwide and also on the company’s catering menu.
