The Japanese-born experiential fast-casual concept, Pepper Lunch, is growing its footprint in Arizona. With more than 560 locations across 17 countries, the brand has announced the grand opening of its newest restaurant in North Phoenix. Located at 2945 W Dove Valley Rd, the site is scheduled to open its doors on March 26, operating daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Interactive Experience
What sets the brand apart is the interactive “D-I-Y” teppan style. Guests mix their ingredients tableside on a hot plate, which locks in heat and flavor throughout the meal. This customizable experience has made the concept a global success since its founding in 1994.

Strategically Growing the Pepper Lunch Footprint
The Dove Valley restaurant is operated by the same Arizona-based franchise group responsible for the brand’s first location at Arizona State University. Positioned near the I-17 corridor, the new site is ideally located to serve residential communities and retail centers in a rapidly developing area.
