Pepper Lunch Invites First 50 Guests to Enjoy Free Beef Pepper Rice at Phoenix Dove ValleyThe Japanese-born experiential fast-casual concept, Pepper Lunch, is growing its footprint in Arizona. With more than 560 locations across 17 countries, the brand has announced the grand opening of its newest restaurant in North Phoenix. Located at 2945 W Dove Valley Rd, the site is scheduled to open its doors on March 26, operating daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Grand Opening Celebrations at Pepper Lunch

To mark the arrival of the second Valley location, the restaurant is hosting a special event for its first guests. The celebration includes:

  • Free Signature Dish: The first 50 guests in line at opening will receive a free Beef Pepper Rice.

  • Exclusive BOGO Offer: All other guests visiting on opening day can enjoy a buy one, get one free deal on the signature Beef Pepper Rice.

This iconic dish has been an international favorite for over three decades, combining tender beef, fragrant rice, and a signature pepper paste on a patented sizzling iron plate.

The Interactive Experience

What sets the brand apart is the interactive “D-I-Y” teppan style. Guests mix their ingredients tableside on a hot plate, which locks in heat and flavor throughout the meal. This customizable experience has made the concept a global success since its founding in 1994.

“After the incredible response to our first Arizona location, we’re excited to continue growing Pepper Lunch in the Valley,” said Jake Ireland, co-owner and operator. “Dove Valley is a fast-growing area with a strong sense of community, and we’re proud to introduce more guests to our unique, sizzling dining experience.”

Strategically Growing the Pepper Lunch Footprint

The Dove Valley restaurant is operated by the same Arizona-based franchise group responsible for the brand’s first location at Arizona State University. Positioned near the I-17 corridor, the new site is ideally located to serve residential communities and retail centers in a rapidly developing area.

Pepper Lunch CEO Troy Hooper noted, “Arizona has always been an important part of our North American growth, and this team continues to execute at a high level. We’re thrilled to expand in Phoenix and bring our signature experience to even more guests.”

Beyond the famous pepper rice, the menu includes Sizzling Curry Rice, Teriyaki options, and various teppan pasta dishes. For more details on the menu or the brand’s history, visit PepperLunchRestaurants.com.
