Pinchers Crab Shack, located at the Holiday Inn on Fort Myers Beach, is pleased to announce they have promoted a new General Manager, Leslie Mink to run this location.
Mink has lived in Southwest Florida for over 30 years and has worked with Pinchers Crab Shack from the restaurant’s launch. She joined them as a server/bartender and moved up into her most recent position as Banquet Manager.
This location attracts many tourists and locals alike, as they are situated right on Fort Myers Beach offering outdoor table seating under umbrellas on their newly renovated patio deck.
