Other concepts include Flatiron’s American Bar And Grill (1), Mackenzie’s Chop House (1), Ritz Grill (1), and Southside Johnny’s (1). Overall company increase was from 5 to 6 (20% growth). The concepts are mostly upscale, open for lunch and dinner, serving multiple cuisine types. Per person check average is $15-$50+, offering full bar service. Seating is for about 150. Banquet services are available. All the restaurants are in CO.
Laguna Beach, CA-based CULINARY ADVENTURES (founded 1997) has increased by 1 unit, from 2 to 3 (50% growth), with the addition of a new concept called Brasserie Pascal. These quick serve sandwich shops are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$10 per person price range. Units seat about 70 and offer catering and online ordering options. Locations are franchised and trade in AZ, GA, IA, KS, MO, and OK.
Farmers Branch, TX-based CONSOLIDATED RESTAURANT OPERATIONS has increased by 2 units for the Catina Laredo concept, from 35 to 37 (6% concept growth) and entered into NV and NY. There was also a 1 unit increase for the 3 Forks concept, from 6 to 7 (17% concept growth). Other concepts are Cool River Café (3), El Chico Mexican Café (58), Good Eats (2), Lucky’s Café (1), and Silver Fox Steakhouse (4). Overall company increase was from 111 to 112 (1% growth) due to a 2 unit closure for El Chico. The restaurants are family/casual, open for lunch and dinner (some concepts open for breakfast). Per person check average is $8-$20. The restaurants have full bar and seat about 200. Catering and banquet services are available. Between 30% and 40% of El Chico locations are franchised. FIRE & ICE of Boston, MA (founded 1997) has increased by 1 unit, from 5 to 6 (20% growth). These are family/casual restaurants with full bar and seating for around 250. Meal periods are lunch and dinner. Per person check average is around $10-$30. Locations are in CA, MA and RI.

All locations are in IL.
