West Columbia Location Will Be the Newest Corporately Owned Restaurant and Third in the Columbia Market
Charlotte-based Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina will be opening their newest corporately owned location in West Columbia, South Carolina on Wednesday, July 13. This will be the third corporate location in West Columbia and is located at 2507 Sunset Blvd.
Grand opening festivities will take place on Wednesday, July 13 at 11 a.m when the store opens. The first 50 guests that day will receive a Salsarita’s gift card. Gift cards will have a mystery amount ranging from $10 to $200. The following Friday, July 22, will be the official Grand Opening event beginning at 10:45 a.m. with a ribbon cutting with the Irmo Chamber of Commerce. During the event, Salsarita’s will be raffling a free catering bar for 20 people. Salsarita’s will also be donating $1 for every entrée purchased during the Grand Opening event to the Lexington Medical Foundation.

Expansion, growth and renovation have been the focus for Salsarita’s CEO Phil Friedman since he purchased the fast-casual Mexican chain in 2011.
