We’ve chosen seasonal ingredients at the peak of their goodness and combined them in a way that we hope will pique our guests’ interest.”

Start the day with a parfait of low-fat vanilla yogurt blended with raspberries and fresh strawberries. A honey-oat granola mix with almonds tops the Wholesome Mornin’ Sampler that is served with a home-baked multi-berry muffin, two Grade A eggs, prepared just the way you like ’em, and a choice of turkey sausage patties, smoked sausage patties or our thick-sliced hickory-smoked bacon.

The Multigrain Pancake Breakfast features six-grain batter griddled to a golden brown, topped with real butter, and served with a warm bottle of 100% pure natural syrup. Comes with two Grade A eggs, cooked to order and a choice of our thick-sliced hickory-smoked bacon, smoked sausage patties, or turkey sausage patties.

The Multigrain n’ Granola Pancake Breakfast combined with honey oat granola mix with almonds gives these golden brown pancakes a little crunch. Topped with real butter and served with Dickinson’s Pure Honey and fresh sliced bananas. Served with two Grade A eggs cooked to order and a choice of our thick-sliced hickory-smoked bacon, smoked sausage patties, or turkey sausage patties.

Shrimp n’ Grits Skillet fills a personal skillet with seasoned shrimp and diced green tomatoes simmered in a rich, buttery sauce topped with diced red tomatoes and crumbled bacon, and served over a bed of cheesy, coarse-ground grits. Comes with tossed side salad, and a wedge of our special recipe cornbread made with roasted corn and Colby cheese.

The Grilled Chicken n’ Spinach Salad starts with grilled chicken tenderloins and fresh baby spinach then tosses them with fresh strawberries, Gala apples, chopped almonds, hickory-smoked bacon, red onions, blue cheese crumbles and country pepper vinaigrette.

The Haddock dinner features a lightly breaded North Atlantic whitefish Haddock fillet grilled until it’s fork-tender. Served with a choice of three country vegetables, a lemon wedge and made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins.

New Crustless Coconut Cream Pie tops homemade coconut cream custard with oven-toasted coconut flakes and real whipped cream. It’s a sweet ending for any meal.

The featured beverage for spring is ice-cold lemonade served in a frosty mug and it comes with free refills.
