“This menu is really about giving guests more to explore,” said CEO Josh Kern. “We’re bringing in bold flavors, thoughtful new dishes and some unexpected combinations that keep Snooze feeling fresh while still delivering the things our guests already love.”
Interactive Tableside Drinks Join the Bar Menu
The biggest update behind the bar puts guests in control. The brand is debuting its Build Your Own Mimosa program, available by the glass or full bottle so whole groups can mix, pour, and customize their drinks together throughout their meal. The bar has also added two new hand-crafted cocktails: the Strawberry Morning Marg and the Paloma.
“We wanted to give guests real range,” said Erin Hess, Head of Culinary at Snooze Eatery. “There’s indulgence on this menu, but there’s also brightness, texture and a lot of freshness – enough variety that guests have a reason to come back and try something different every visit.”
While select items are limited-time seasonal options, several new additions will join the restaurant’s permanent menu board.
Founded in Denver back in 2006, the brand has expanded to nearly 70 locations across the country. Famous for its playful approach to morning classics, signature Pancake Flights, and inventive Benedicts, the company continues to focus on craft morning meals.
