Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 85th restaurant on Monday, September 9th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2015 Pratt Ave., Suite 105, on the Southeast corner of Cornhusker Road & South 21st in Bellevue, NE.
On September 9th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Food Bank for the Heartland. Food Bank for the Heartland’s mission is to provide emergency and supplemental food to the people in need in Nebraska and western Iowa. “Food Bank for the Heartland is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of partners like The Egg & I, we are able to help more people in their times of need,” said Susan E. Ogborn, President, Food Bank for the Heartland.
