Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 79th restaurant on Monday, April 29th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 1722 Clarkson Road at Clarkson and Baxter.
On April 28th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The BackStoppers. The mission of The BackStoppers is to ensure stability and quality of life for the families of police officers, firefighters and publicly-funded paramedics and EMTs killed in the line of duty or suffering a catastrophic injury in a defined coverage area in Missouri and Illinois by providing financial and emotional support. “We are very grateful for the continued support of The Egg & I Restaurants in St. Louis,” said The BackStoppers Executive Director Chief, Ron Battelle. “The dollars raised at this event will be used to help the families of those who give their lives protecting our communities.”
