Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 99th restaurant on Monday, May 19th. The restaurant opens at 7:00 a.m. daily, and is located at 1194 E Draper Parkway on the Southwest corner of 123rd South and 1300 East in Draper, UT.
On May 17th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Shriners Hospital for Children. Shriners Hospital for Children’s mission is to provide the highest quality care to children with special health care needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment. “We are grateful for the generous donations that have come from The Egg & I,” says Kevin Martin, hospital administrator. “A quality product and customer service are mutual accomplishments for which we are truly committed.”
