Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 35th Texas location in Humble on Monday, March 23rd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 9526 N. Sam Houston Parkway E, Suite 3120 in the Izzy Plaza Shopping Center.
On March 22nd, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Lone Star Veterans Association whose mission is to assist returning veterans and their families in making a successful transition from the military to civilian world. Founded by veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, they provide career transition, social programs, peer mentoring, PTSD support, family events, community service projects, and advocacy on behalf of the Post 9/11 military generation. “Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more families in need in our community,” said Chuck Bagnato, Executive Director of The Lone Star Veterans Association.
