Fresh Mediterranean Favorites Arrive in the Seacoast Region
Diners around Epping now have a new spot to grab authentic, scratch-made Mediterranean meals. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is expanding its Granite State presence with a brand-new restaurant in the area, marking the third location to open in New Hampshire.
The launch is led by long-time business partners and friends Kevin Chauvette and John Hall. Chauvette previously owned and operated nine optical centers in the state for over a quarter-century before selling his practice. Hall brings more than four decades of experience in fast-casual restaurant operations to the team, while his wife Pam manages bookkeeping for the business. The duo already operates the brand’s existing New Hampshire locations in Manchester and Salem.
“We’re excited about expanding in the state and into the Seacoast area, becoming part of Epping’s growing business community,” Hall said. “It’s a thrill to introduce guests to our menu, which serves all the best traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary twist. It’s a dining experience no one can forget.”
Authentic Mediterranean Dishes Made Fresh Daily
Guests visiting the new restaurant can build their own customizable meals around classic Mediterranean options. The menu features customizable rice bowls, crisp salads, and warm pita wraps loaded with options like signature gyro meat or grilled salmon. You’ll also find popular specialty items like made-to-order Feta Fries, house-crafted dips, and sweet treats including rice pudding and baklava ice cream.
Planning an event or office lunch? The restaurant provides full-service catering packages for local gatherings, business events, and family celebrations. Catering options include self-serve gyro stations, souvlaki skewers, traditional side dishes, and desserts scaled for larger groups.
