The Pizza School of New York is a comprehensive pizza school that focuses on wood-fired pizza, gourmet breads and training students one on one from around the world. It also offers complete consulting on how to open a pizza restaurant from training to design.
The school will be run out of The Original Goodfella’s of Staten Island, located at 1718 Hylan Blvd. in Staten Island, New York. Taught by the international award winning team and founders Scot Cosentino and Andrew Scudera
“It will be a completely hands-on experience; we are turning pizza makers from all over the world into gourmet artisans who will master the art of wood fired pizza. We will be focusing on gourmet breads, sauces, dessert pizzas and anything you can cook in a brick oven. Our approach to teaching is all one on one. Each student is different and we work with them teaching them all they need to produce amazing products and learn the skills to do so. Our most popular class is our 6 day master that teaches all types of pizza styles gourmet sauces and our world famous recipes along with food cost par sheets and management tools to help new operators and exiting ones to succeed. We have students from all over the world coming in every week. We work them hard give them what they need to succeed we offer a variety of services from brick oven skills, to complete consulting on startup operations.
