Twin Peaks to Expand Development Agreement with 3B Lodge

Kansas-based hospitality group to add new locations in Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma

Twin Peaks to Expand Development Agreement with 3B LodgeTwin Peaks announced today that 3B Lodge is expanding its current area development agreement (ADA) to add four new franchised lodges in their Midwest region, including restaurants in Nebraska, Iowa and Oklahoma. The Kansas-based group took ownership of the brand’s five current locations in the state of Kansas – Kansas City, Olathe, Independence, West Wichita and East Wichita – earlier this year.

“This group has been a key partner for Twin Peaks from the get-go, so it was a natural progression for us to continue working with them, especially in their backyard,” said Joe Hummel, CEO of Twin Peaks. “3B Lodge has a great local reputation and when you pair that with our brand’s fun national appeal, expanding their agreement is a home run for us and those communities.”

The new ADA will include Twin Peaks lodges in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska; West Des Moines, Iowa; and Tulsa, Oklahoma. 3B Lodge is currently determining which new market it will enter first and exploring real estate options for each of the four new locations.

3B Lodge is comprised of brothers Brent and Brad Steven, who serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, along with Brian Carduff, the group’s Chief Financial Officer. All three are from the Midwest and have experience working in various restaurant, sports and entertainment ventures. The Steven brothers also own Steven Hospitality Group. The Wichita-based company has been integral in revitalizing the food and beverage scene in Wichita, opening award-winning restaurants, including The Hill Bar and Grill, Wine Dive + Kitchen and Vora Restaurant European as well as popular bar district hot spot, Industry Old Town.

“Our experience with Twin Peaks has been nothing short of phenomenal and we’re excited to keep growing the brand’s popularity throughout the Midwest,” Brent Steven said.

Twin Peaks offers more than just wall-to-wall TV coverage of every major sporting event, game and fight. In addition to its wide selection of draft favorites, Twin Peaks’ robust beverage menu has something for everyone, whether it’s a rare bourbon or tequila poured over a crystal-clear ice ball or a hand-crafted cocktail featuring a marquee spirit. Add in a made-from-scratch kitchen bursting with flavors with menu items including, hand-smashed burgers that are seared to order, smoked and grilled chicken wings, and artisan flatbreads – all served by the famous Twin Peaks Girls, and you’ve got the recipe for the best sports bar in town.
