Award-winning restaurant to hire up to 175 individuals ahead of West Cobb grand opening
After opening in Warner Robins for its debut Georgia location, things are getting even peachier for Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux as the popular restaurant is set to open its doors in West Cobb late this summer.
Soon, Metro Atlanta will have a new favorite spot to cheer on its favorite teams while enjoying a unique twist on Americana and Cajun cuisine and a wide array of beverage choices with its extensive bar menu. Located at 3625 Dallas Hwy. in Marietta, the new Walk-On’s will boast plenty of room for fans to move around with a 6,800 sq ft. dining area featuring numerous TVs, plus a 500 sq ft. patio.
“With local teams winning championships within the last few years, this state become the title capital of the country, so naturally, Walk-On’s wants to be a part of that excitement,” said Franchisee Charles Taylor. “With so many fantastic food and drink options, as well as TVs no matter where you look, Walk On’s is the ideal spot to cheer your team on and we can’t wait for West Cobb to get a taste of that.”
Ahead of the opening, Walk-On’s is hiring up to 175 team members for all positions, including chefs, servers, hosts, bartenders and bussers. Interested candidates who are eager to work in a fun and inviting environment can apply between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on May 24 – 26 inside the hiring trailer at the restaurant’s parking lot. Current Walk-On’s team members will also be providing FREE BBQ! A valid ID is required.
In addition to the special hiring event, candidates can apply Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 1355 Terrell Mill Rd., Ste. 100 in Marietta. Walk-On’s offers team members competitive pay, advancement opportunities, vacation, flexible hours and more.
