Arby’s Delivers on Continued Efforts to Provide the Best Guest Experience
A recent mystery shopper campaign conducted by Service Intelligence, a Charlotte, NC-based data-collection company, revealed that Arby’s was named one of the top quick-serve restaurants in the U.S. to provide an overall excellent guest experience and menu offering. Mystery shoppers were sent to quick-serve and fast-casual restaurants around the country and asked to share their candid feedback about their experiences. Arby’s, through its continued dedication to inspiring smiles through delicious experiences, made its way to the top of the list in several categories.
Among those categories surveyed, Arby’s ranked #1 in overall performance and interior cleanliness, and placed among the top three in exterior appearance and customer service. These scores surpassed those of several other QSR brands, as well as some key players in fast-casual.
The Service Intelligence survey revealed that more than two-thirds of mystery shoppers agreed they had a better experience at Arby’s than they normally have at a fast-food restaurant. The comments and feedback about the company were impressive and denote that although many of the shoppers were not initially Arby’s fans, they would certainly be frequenting the chain more regularly.
