Carino’s Italian today announced that it has promoted Ryan Bearden to Vice President of Marketing from Director of Marketing. Bearden will continue to lead the development and execution of all the marketing programs for Carino’s as well as oversee its relationships with marketing, advertising and PR agencies.
“Ryan has enhanced the Carino’s brand name across multiple audiences since joining us two years ago,” said Creed Ford, CEO of Carino’s Italian. “He has an amazing work ethic, energetic personality and is an innovative thinker.”
Under his leadership, Bearden has directed marketing campaigns that have been effective in driving new customer acquisitions and increased visits by loyal guests. He has also built a strategic in-house marketing team and established working relationships with the top agencies in Austin.
In the last two years, Bearden has enhanced the Carino’s brand by integrating traditional and non-traditional marketing methods. Since joining Carino’s in September 2010, Bearden has overseen the launch of new TV and online advertising campaigns, mobile marketing promotions, loyalty rewards program, social media marketing initiatives and cause-related PR programs.
