As if the Sunday brunch menu at Bonefish Grill wasn’t tempting enough, now the “Fresh Fish Experts” at the award-winning restaurant have whipped up a new brunch menu designed to please every palate. Available now in all Bonefish Grill locations, the new menu offers classic brunch favorites as well as those with a spin of inspiration and flair.
Diners can now decide between the beloved Traditional Eggs Benedict and other new menu additions including Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict, Huevos Benedictos with crispy corn tortillas and chorizo, and Spinach and Mushroom Eggs Benedict. Other new dishes include “American Style” Kobe Beef and Egg Burger as well as the Cajun Shrimp Omelet, Garden Fresh Omelet, and Organic Whole Grain Oatmeal. For health-conscious guests, all omelets can be prepared with egg white substitute upon request.
“What better way to enjoy Sunday morning than with grilled filet mignon, lobster, and poached eggs in the Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict,” said Stephen Judge, president of Bonefish Grill. “We created this dish to provide an indulgent option for our customers that stays true to our specialties yet unique to the menu.”
Mixologists at Bonefish Grill are also giving the classic Bloody Mary a zesty new twist. Each Bloody Mary will be prepared fresh-to-order and garnished with either a stuffed spicy cherry pepper or jumbo shrimp.
And it doesn’t have to be Happy Hour to indulge in the “Endless Bubbles Brunch” with choice of brunch favorite, omelet or eggs benedict, and Endless Bellinis or Mimosas.
“A relaxing Sunday brunch with friends and family is a terrific way to wrap up the weekend,” said Judge. “With our new expanded menu, guests can savor the day by choosing their favorite brunch classic or one with a twist.”
Sunday Brunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. nationwide. While reservations are not required, they are available by phone.
