Nestle Toll House Café by Chip Makes Waterway Square Debut on National Cookie DayShoppers in The Woodlands marked the National Cookie Day in style as Waterway Square welcomed the city’s first Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip today.

The popular bakery café, which serves up freshly baked cookies, premium coffees, smoothies, crepes and a wide array of other delectable treats and lunchtime snacks, opened its doors this morning and marks the 14th in the Houston market and the 26th in the Lone Star State.

“I can’t think of a better way to celebrate National Cookie Day than with the opening of our new café. This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship with The Woodlands,” franchise operator Scott Deischl said. “Needless to say, I’m very excited to join the Nestlé Toll House Café family. It’s a tremendous feeling to be a part of its legacy and I couldn’t have chosen a sweeter business model to follow for success. The premium dessert destination concept is built around the world’s most powerful food brand – Nestlé. Along with its universally loved Nestlé Toll House cookies and cookie cakes, the new café serves brownies, muffins, smoothies, ice creams, cold drinks and Nescafé Milano coffee. The café is also a great lunch option thanks to its savory, made-to-order crepes. Other delicious meal options include salads, wraps and Panini sandwiches.

Complete with its own comfortable seating area, the new Nestlé Toll House Café features digital menus displayed on four LED screens and an upgraded design that showcases the brand’s distinctive product offerings in a more efficient and attractive manner.

The Waterway Square café marks the 138th system-wide. Waterway Square is located at 25 Waterway, with the café situated in Suite 125 between Baker Street Pub and Morton’s. Café hours are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
