Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 67th restaurant on Monday, November 26th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 1970 Medical Center Parkway on the Northeast Corner of Medical Center Parkway and North Thompson Lane.
On November 25th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Special Kids, a Christian, non-profit organization that provides therapeutic rehabilitation and professional nursing services for children with special needs. “Every donation to Special Kids helps us to continue serving children in need in middle Tennessee. We are so thankful for the support of The Egg & I and for their hearts to help children with special needs,” said Chris Truelove, Executive Director of Special Kids.
