Community Event to Benefit Folds of Honor Foundation Assisting Families of Soldiers Wounded in Battle
The Award-Winning casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 25 sauces, announced today they will host Tender Tailgates, a special event on September 5 at several of its Northeast Ohio locations. The tailgate will feature the brand’s newly launched Top Gear Tenders and portions of the proceeds will benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation.
“As football season kicks off, there’s no better time to host a tailgate that gives back to a great cause like the Folds of Honor Foundation,” said Megan Duniec, Senior Director of Marketing at Quaker Steak & Lube. “We encourage the community to come out and join us at this event. We’re confident that local residents will find that Top Gear Tenders are a great addition to our Award-Winning menu.”
The Tender Tailgates will kick off at 5p.m. Funds raised from Top Gear Tender sales will benefit The Folds of Honor Foundation, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships and assistance to families of fallen soldiers. Quaker Steak & Luberestaurants in Medina Township, Lakewood, Sheffield, Valley View, and Vermilion will participate in this event.
