Fans of Mexican-inspired cuisine can follow Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger to their latest casual creation when it opens spring 2019 in the Gateway Hotel at 1920 Santa Monica Blvd. All three meal periods are available with happy hour featuring tequila and mezcal pairings with tacos and ceviche.

Mamaroneck, NY – Maple & Rose
Chef partners Ryan Hart and Matt Gorney will make the move from off-premise catering to a brick and mortar casual concept of the same name by February at 690 Mamaroneck Avenue. Inspired by the response to their catered events they’ll offer all meal periods featuring rustic, seasonal cuisine.

Miami, FL – Osaka
Diego De La Puente and Diego Herrera continue their international collaboration when they open their first US location of their acclaimed upscale eatery at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive slated for March, 2019. The restaurant combines Japanese preparation techniques with Peruvian flavors and ingredients.

Clarksville, TX – Bar Peached
The team behind Austin’s “Peached Tortilla” will bring those talents to this casual eatery upon opening at 1315 W. 5th Street sometime in January. The bar and craft cocktails will be the focus here; however, fans will find their favorite menu items to include pork buns, Korean chicken wings and build-your-own tacos.

New Orleans, LA – Gianna
Local celebrity Chef Donald Link who opened Peche in 2013 has created a new upscale Italian concept, named to honor his grandmother, with a planned April, 2019 opening at 700 Magazine Street. He has tapped award-winning Chef Rebecca Wilcomb to helm the kitchen offering rustic southern Italian food.
