Restaurants in Dallas are going all out to make your New Year’s Eve dining a special event.  If you haven’t made plans yet, take a look at the restaurants below.  Remember to call ahead and make reservations soon.  Also, keep in mind that prices listed below don’t include tax or gratuity.

Cadot Restaurant – French Cuisine.  Two seatings.  First 5:00 pm – 6:45 pm a la carte.  Second 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm set menu $89 per person, which includes one glass of sparkling wine and midnight celebration.  Four courses plus dessert.  Fourth course includes choice of Tournedos Rossini with Pommes Maxim and Sautéed Spinach or Tournedos Rossini with Pommes Maxim and Sautéed Spinach.  18111 Preston Rd # 120.  972-267-5700.
