The meal is lifted from the cooks line by power belt conveyors to the peak ceiling height that leads onto gravity conveyors. The meal then travels downward to a designated staff station. Customers love it! The Food Roller Coaster is fun not only for customers but for employees as well. Entertainment is not the only reason to have a Food Roller Coaster in your own restaurant. The main reason is efficiency for the staff.
The Food Roller Coaster allows for wait staff to stay on the floor, attending to customers, while the meals are delivered to the staff station. No more running back and forth to the kitchen! It saves time and delivers meals faster and hotter. This system also saves on labor costs.
Sunny Side Up Cafe is approximately 120 feet long. The Food Roller Coaster for this full service restaurant is 80 feet long. Each system can be customized to each specific restaurants needs.
